About Barbarian Nightshirt / Dress in Olive
This organic cotton Paisley print inspired patterned 'nightshirt' is so fabulous you won't want to confine it to the bedroom. The embodiment of dopamine dressing, 90% of our customers wear our sleepwear as daywear, sparking joy wherever they go.
Our GOTS certified organic cotton loose-fitting over-head nightshirt features a 2 button placket, signature rounded collar, generous side vents for ease of movement and generous side pockets. Tailored using twin needle stitching for durability.
The ornamental forms drifting across our BARBARIAN print hint at Paisley (another staple sleepwear textile pattern) with a dash of outsize botanicals, but are actually based on the letter Z - a recurring theme in the Irregular Sleep Pattern world. Barbarian is named in homage to the epic opening track from our favourite Joan as Policewoman’s collaborative 2021 album with Tony Allen & Dave Okumu: The Solution is Restless.

We use custom sizing. Find the nightshirt size that works for you by referencing our detailed size chart. If you have a tape measure this is the most accurate method.
The popover nightshirt is based on our classic nightshirt jacket, and shares the same chest and sleeve measurements before flaring out in a comfortably loose-fitting A line shape, with generous side pockets and split seams for ease of movement. If your arms are shorter, sleeves might need to be rolled due to our genderless fit.

Returns
- Size exchanges within the UK are free of charge. Please head to our returns portal. Returns will incur a £4 fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return your garment(s) to us. Items should be returned new, unused, FOLDED and with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that after 28 days, we are only able to offer an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for any items returned outside of this time frame.
- If you are overseas please be aware that returning a garment will be very expensive, and we don’t cover the cost of sending out a replacement in the case of exchange, so please check in with us on sizing before you make your purchase!
- If there is a fault with your garment, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue.

To say that ISP is my new favourite brand is an understatement. I only heard about them in April and already accumulated have three gorgeous bed sets (two for me & one for my son). My first purchase was from ISP was the monochrome nightshirt and it did NOT disappoint which led me to buy the same style in the Olive and honestly, I am in LOVE. I’ve worn it twice and have had so many comments The fabric is otherworldly; it’s super soft and all of the items wash incredibly and just feel beautiful on the skin. Lightweight yet sturdy and just so comfortable and versatile. I’ll definitely be buying another - just got to choose the next colour I want! Also, I have to say the service is second to none; so personal and lovely. Thank you ISP. Now to look forward to the shower curtain… (I’m not even kidding).

This is without a doubt the cheeriest and most attractive nightshirt you will ever own! Not only are the colours and pattern great the nightshirt is extremely well made in good quality cotton with attention to detail and finish.
I was unsure of sizing and Jolene was most helpful. I initially ordered size 1 but on receipt decided that size 2 would be more comfortable to sleep in. The exchange was easy and quick. Now have my eye on a different pattern!
The nightshirt is extremely well made. The fabric is a beautiful soft organic cotton. Modern and stylish colour and pattern. It is a dream come true to sleep in.
