About this Nightshirt
Our bold + colourfully patterned organic cotton 'nightshirt' is so fabulous you won't want to confine it to the bedroom.
These genderless workwear inspired day/nightshirt dresses are the embodiment of dopamine dressing, and are guaranteed to spark joy. We like to say these are 'designed, not designer' by which we mean the price reflects the quality and attention to detail, as described below. The result of which is that 90% of our customers wear our garments as daywear, attracting attention + compliments, and making new friends wherever they go.
Our GOTS certified organic cotton loose-fitting over-head nightshirt features a 2 button placket, signature rounded collar, generous side vents for ease of movement and generous side pockets. Tailored using twin needle stitching for durability.
Bold, outsized patterns, irregularly brilliant colour combinations, and garments built to last are our thing, and they are all designed here in Glasgow by Royal College of Art graduate Mil Stricevic.
With a tip of the hat to jazz legend Herbie Hancock’s 1973 fusion masterpiece Headhunters, our CHAMELEON print animates hand-drawn hardware components from a selection of iconic musical instruments, here in CAYENNE: a spicy hot colourway in red, pink and orange.

- NB: For International Orders, please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which we cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Returns
- Size exchanges within the UK are free of charge. Please head to our returns portal. Returns will incur a £4 fee which will be deducted from your refund.
- You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return your garment(s) to us. Items should be returned new, unused, FOLDED and with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- If you are overseas please be aware that returning a garment will be very expensive, and we don’t cover the cost of sending out a replacement in the case of exchange, so please check in with us on sizing before you make your purchase!
- If there is a fault with your garment, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue.

The sizing is not only fully inclusive but so accurate. Why can't all clothing manufacturers be like this? Super comfy and super colourful, I am in love. The service is phenomenal too. I’m not kidding. I had a cool wedding dress but I go out in this and people deliberately chat to me about it, where it’s from, etc. Delighted because the ISP peeps deserve all the eyes on their stuff!
It’s lovely to meet people via lovely clothes but more than that I love bringing the colour to the room AND being totally comfortable too. The fact that the PJ’s are made with every consideration for people and the environment is a big part of the charm you.
The best construction - and fit! Comfortable, too good to just sleep in - throw it on, leave the house, and be fabulous!
I can’t give high enough praise of these fantastic shirts . They are well constructed, come in beautiful colours , with great design led graphics . I now have five ! Im saving this one for my holiday in Malta , I can wear it out as a dress in the day , handwash it and then wear it to bed too!
Size Chart for Chameleon Nightshirt / Dress in Cayenne
We use custom sizing. Find the nightshirt size that works for you by referencing our detailed size chart. If you have a tape measure this is the most accurate method.
***NB. Mono + Tricolor styles are end of line + reduced because they use an older grading (size increments) and have a different size chart - we recomend sizing DOWN one size in these eg Jolene wears the size 1 nightshirt in barbarian / sidewinder / chameleon but the size 0 in mono + tricolor***
The popover nightshirt is based on our classic nightshirt jacket, and shares the same chest and sleeve measurements before flaring out in a comfortably loose-fitting A line shape, with generous side pockets and split seams for ease of movement.
