Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


  • We offer free exchanges for another size within the UK. Please visit our returns portal
  • We gladly accept returns that arrive back to us within the 28 days of receiving your item. Items should be returned new, unused, FOLDED (you would not believe the number of garments that come back completely scrumpled) and with swing tags attached. Particularly crushed items will have a £10 restocking fee deducted from the amount owed. Garments returned covered in pet hair (yup, this happens!) won't be refunded as we can't resell them for obvious reasons.  Our returns portal is here

  • We don’t offer free returns for two main reasons: it encourages impulse purchases, and we'd rather encourage slow & considered shopping, and as a tiny independent brand, we can't afford to cover this expense. It will cost you £4 to return your unwanted item to us via a signed for service. Please visit our returns portal to arrange.

  • If you are overseas please be aware that returning a garment will be very expensive, and we don’t cover the cost of sending out a replacement in the case of exchange, so please check in with us on sizing before you make your purchase! 

  • If there is a fault with your garment, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue.
