Shipping Costs

  • WE SHIP ORDERS ON A MONDAY + THURSDAY
  • If you need your item sooner please choose express delivery which we process daily on weekdays, and which will take 1 - 2 days (UK) and 3 - 4 days (overseas) via DHL (no weekend shipments or deliveries) 
  • Complimentary Free Delivery in UK over £100 Royal Mail tracked 48
  • UK standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 days)
  • USA - since the mega Trump tariffs were lifted we are experimenting with shipping to you duties paid using Royal Mail + USPS
  • Japan, Australia, New Zealand: shipping is free for orders over £300, and otherwise £20 economy shipping (Royal Mail, takes 10 - 20 days). Express delivery with DHL - price varies according to country. 

  • Canada economy shipping is free for orders over £300, and otherwise £20 economy shipping (Royal Mail, takes 10 - 20 days). Import duties apply from UK into Canada, payable by customer

  • Express shipping with DHL to Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Japan available for £50
  • Customers in the EU - sorry - we can't afford to ship to you. Not only are the import duties very high, the paperwork involved now requires paying a 3rd party business. We can ship to non EU European countries 
  • International Shipping to rest of the world: please contact us for a quote

We have tried to make our sizing as transparent as possible in order to minimise the number of returns. As a small independent start up, dealing with returns is very resource heavy as well as costly, but also we’d like to minimise the amount of haulage we use. We’d much rather you make a slow and considered purchase, asking us for help if you have any questions, than make an impulsive buy that you may need to return. 

Duties & Taxes

Any unforeseen import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Irregular Sleep Pattern, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Irregular Sleep Pattern. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in GBP, and charged in GBP. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
