This company has outstanding customer service. An issue was highlighted which was nothing to do with them but with whoever organises payment. The issue was rectified and dealt with in under five minutes.

I have been dithering about making a purchase for while, I was very attracted by the styles and fabrics, the cost seemed high though. I decided to give it a go and I’m so pleased that I did. Firstly my order arrived the next day, even though I hadn’t paid for express post. The parcel was beautifully wrapped in paper with a personal handwritten note explaining the design. My order, wide leg pj bottoms, pj top and a necktie are simply stunning. The fabric is a good weight, the colours are out of this world and the fit is roomy. So much thought seems to have gone into all aspects of what you do and how you do it. Not a run of the mill, cheaply made but expensively sold brand. Thank you so much.

I’ve been coveting these pyjama suits for years now and I have finally got it together to buy one. They are not cheap but that is reflected in everything about this company. They do what they do so carefully and thoughtfully it’s not even an exaggeration to say this is my best customer experience with any company ever and I absolutely LOVE what they produce. Unfortunately I got the size wrong so I am waiting for a replacement. I actually went for a sale item, knowing that there were other colour ways I preferred. When I got it, I realised that I should just splash out and get the colour I really wanted. Jolene has been so responsive and helpful and I cant wait to receive my suit in the colour and size for me, after the service and experience and product I receive, I know I will feel that it’s money well spent.

I bought the Barbarian Pyjama Jacket and the High Waisted Trousers. I wish I had discovered these sooner. I really don't like the feeling of tightness round my waist with most pyjama bottoms. The high waisted trousers are lovely and loose but adjustable. The jacket is tailored but really comfortable. I love the vibrant colours, could never describe these as twee. So impressed I bought the nightshirt as well.

Bought three pairs in different colours( I thought they might be too bright for me but they are actually a joy )and they are so bloody good I've rotated them every day for the last two weeks.The quality is superb and the detail and stitching are excellent (my dad was a tailor so that quality is always checked 😉) they are very cleverly designed and the fit is the best I've ever had, my bottom looks really nice which is flattering and I love that I don't have to adjust them in anyway sitting down to work,the adjustable high waist is very flattering..I ordered the wrong size for all three and Jolene literally bent over backwards to help me,especially as I personally struggle to return things..that kind of customer service makes all difference I do like to give nice feedback but genuinely I absolutely love these trousers and cannot fault them, they are so worth the money
