We ship orders every Monday + Thursday. If you need something sooner, please choose express delivery which will be dispatched the day after you make the order, and takes 1-2 days to arrive.

- Under £100 in UK £4.19 Royal Mail tracked 48 2-3 working days
- £12 express delivery (DHL) in UK 1-2 working days
- USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, shipping is free for orders over £200
- Otherwise $27 economy shipping to Canada, Japan via Royal Mail 10-20 days*
- Express shipping to Australia, New Zealand & Japan available for £50 3-5 working days*

- Customers in USA: Unfortunately we cannot ship to USA as of 18th August 2025 with the updated tariffs. We are working on a solution going forward.

- NB: For International Orders, please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which we cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Returns
- Size exchanges within the UK are free of charge. Please head to our returns portal. Returns will incur a £4 fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Dog beds are the exception as these do not ship with Royal Mail due to their size. Please not that dog beds cannot be processed through our returns portal. Please contact us here if you have any queries.

You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return your garment(s) to us. Items should be returned new, unused, FOLDED and with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that after 28 days, we are only able to offer an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for any items returned outside of this time frame.
