Organic Cotton Sleepwear so good that 90% of our customers don’t want to confine it to the bedroom. Why? 

 

Designed in Glasgow by Mil, we describe our pyjamas as lightly tailored with a nod to workwear, and believe the maxim “the details make the design”. 

 

Our pyjama jackets are inspired by french workwear and feature twin needle stitching, a rounded shawl collar, a boxy loose fit, generous patch pockets, reinforced side vents.

Product description

Olive green with a splash of zingy lilac, shaken not stirred.

 

Our classic genderless GOTS organic cotton pyjama suit jacket is inspired by French workwear and features a rounded shawl collar - great buttoned, open, or popped up - and a boxy, loose fit with 2 generous patch pockets and side vents for relaxed movement and twin needle stitching throughout. 

 

The ornamental forms drifting across our BARBARIAN print hint at the Paisley Pattern (another staple sleepwear textile pattern) with a dash of outsize botanicals, but are actually based on the letter Z - a recurring theme in the Irregular Sleep Pattern world. Barbarian is named in homage to the epic opening track from our favourite Joan as Policewoman’s collaborative 2021 album with Tony Allen & Dave Okumu: The Solution is Restless.

 

Our garments are cut to minimise fabric waste which has the added bonus of meaning no two will ever be the same!

 

While many people might call them eco pyjamas or sustainable sleepwear, we much prefer to say responsibly made pyjamas. Read about our responsible design ethos here

We ship orders every Monday + Thursday. If you need something sooner, please choose express delivery which will be dispatched the day after you make the order, and takes 1-2 days to arrive.

  • £12 express delivery (DHL) in UK  1-2 working days
  • USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, shipping is free for orders over £200
  • Otherwise $27 economy shipping to Canada, Japan via Royal Mail  10-20 days*
  • Express shipping to Australia, New Zealand & Japan available for £50 3-5 working days*

  • Customers in USA: Duties included at checkout with royal mail delivery option.
  • Customers in Europe: We are still having issues and are working on a solution.

  • NB: For International Orders, please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which we cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.


 

Returns

 

  • Size exchanges within the UK are free of charge. Please head to our returns portal. Returns will incur a £4 fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

 

  • Dog beds are the exception as these do not ship with Royal Mail due to their size. Please not that dog beds cannot be processed through our returns portal. Please contact us here if you have any queries.

 

  • You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return your garment(s) to us. Items should be returned new, unused, FOLDED and with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that after 28 days, we are only able to offer an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for any items returned outside of this time frame.

 

  • If there is a fault with your garment, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue.

Happiness overload

A first class company with amazing customer service. We have now bought a few pairs of pyjama suits and also the dog bed. Will certainly be buying more. Had the privilege to meet Mil and Hannah and had the best time. Looking forward to more accessories and bags coming in . The designs and materials are first class.

These pj bottoms are simply gorgeous. Lovely soft cotton and fantastic vibrant colours. Feel great wearing them and I will be wearing them out!

Grab these asap!

This is my third set of pyjamas from Irregular Sleeping Company. I always buy them in matching sets for the top and bottom and I am not someone who usually wears matching clothing in that way! I love all of IRSC Pieces in so many ways - the prints are gorgeous, the weight and texture of the fabric is perfect, the cuts of the garments are comfortable and yet so flattering… Shipping has also ways been a joy and Jolene is always so kind - I really appreciate the hand written notes from her. I cannot recommend more highly!

So happy I finally took the plunge!

I’ve been mulling over these jammies for more than a year, and can honestly say that this purchase doesn’t disappoint! In real life, the pattern and colours come to life and compliment the shape and fit beautifully.

I am chuffed to bits and will happily mull over the other patterns until I decide and take the plunge, again!!

The patterns are brilliant, the colours pop, the fits fantastic, what more could you want?
In my opinion too good to waste on bedtime. Get them on and get out there, bring a bit of joy to the world by looking fabulous.
