NEW COLLECTION HAS LANDED!
PHEW - that was epic.... more than THREE years elapsed between our debut collection launching and our full second collection landing, but it is here and we are very proud.
You probably understand this already, but when you buy from an independent small business like ours, you are investing not only in a unique product that we have tried to manufacture responsibly (eco fabrics and regulated factories), but also in the months and months of design & love that Mil and Jolene have put in to get here. KEEP READING IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT FROM US BEFORE, AS THE GRADING HAS CHANGED SLIGHTLY
Last year we worked with a US based grader to improve on our bigger size offering. On her advice, we also decided to tweak the grading across the entire range in order to even out the differences between each size.
The key changes we made were:
- Removing the big leap between our size 4 & size 5, and size 5 & size 6 and adding a size 7 on top. This means that our NEW size 5 is slightly smaller than the original, and the same with size 6.
- Adding a trouser gusset into sizes 5, 6 & 7 for greater ease of movement
- Tweaking our sizes 1 - 4 (sizes 1, 2 & 3 are now each between 2 - 4cm smaller, 4 is a couple of cm bigger) NB. aside from sizes 5 and up, it's the size 2 trousers which have changed the most on the hips. Mono & Tricolor size 2 trousers are 8cm BIGGER on the hips than size 2 in the new collection (which is Chameleon, Sidewinder & Barbarian)
THE POP OUT SIZE CHARTS ON EACH PRODUCT PAGE ARE CORRECT (in other words there is a different size chart on the mono & tricolor pages than on the new collection). PLEASE MEASURE YOURSELF / ASK US FOR HELP. It's the slow shopping way!
