Product description

Our Big Chill towels features our signature sidewinder print in a fresh blend of cobalt blue and zingy green, with a strip of our Big Ez print in mono at the top and a tassel edge at the bottom.

 

From our Portuguese manufacturer: "Each towel is crafted with our exclusive ULTRASOFT organic cotton — a premium organic cotton with an unparalleled soft touch, high absorbency, and superior performance.”

 

Here's the catch — we don't have physical samples in our colourways yet because producing them ahead of the main run is prohibitively expensive, so we can’t show you the final products. 

 

What we do have is Mil's stamp of approval. He visited the factory in Portugal last summer, held the towels, understood the process, and said yes. That's how everything ISP-approved works: these are premium quality, ultra-soft terry towels in a luxurious 540gsm weight organic cotton.

 

So we're asking you to take a leap of faith with us and back the next chapter of ISP.

We ship orders every Monday + Thursday. If you need something sooner, please choose express delivery which will be dispatched the day after you make the order, and takes 1-2 days to arrive.

  • Under £100 in UK £4.19 Royal Mail tracked 48  2-3 working days
  • £12 express delivery (DHL) in UK  1-2 working days
  • USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, shipping is free for orders over £200
  • Otherwise $27 economy shipping to Canada, Japan via Royal Mail  10-20 days*
  • Express shipping to Australia, New Zealand & Japan available for £50 3-5 working days*

  • Customers in USA: Duties included at checkout with royal mail delivery option.
  • Customers in Europe: We are still having issues and are working on a solution.
  • International Shipping to rest of the world: please contact us for a quote
  • NB: For International Orders, please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which we cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.


 

Returns

 

  • Size exchanges within the UK are free of charge. Please head to our returns portal. Returns will incur a £4 fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

 

  • Dog beds are the exception as these do not ship with Royal Mail due to their size. Please not that dog beds cannot be processed through our returns portal. Please contact us here if you have any queries.

 

  • You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return your garment(s) to us. Items should be returned new, unused, FOLDED and with all tags attached and in original packaging. Please note that after 28 days, we are only able to offer an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for any items returned outside of this time frame.

 

  • If there is a fault with your garment, please get in touch and we will resolve the issue.
