Hidden: Product Page Returns Note

 

  • Size exchanges within the UK are free of charge. Please head to our returns portal. Returns will incur a £4 fee which will be deducted from your refund. 

 

      • Dog beds are the exception as these do not ship with Royal Mail due to their size. Please not that dog beds cannot be processed through our returns portal. Please contact us here if you have any queries.

 

  • You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return your garment(s) to us. Items should be returned new, unused, FOLDED and with all tags attached and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for any items returned outside of this time frame. Garments returned crushed will have a £10 restocking fee deducted from the return amount. Garments returned covered in pet hair cannot be refunded.
